Baseball Season Soon to Start!

 Spring Training 2023 is underway and this means in 3-4 weeks I can start fading the Rockies again! Maybe even back them each series? If they hold to a steady .500 record through the season they should be good to chase for a win at plus money. Theory being, if I am cashing on plus money then that 50% of wins should come out +40% profitable over fading this garbage team.

July 28 Morning Baseball

 We are looking at a Ray's and Orioles Over 9 runs this morning at -110. The game is a 10:35 am start here in Aspen, so adjust your clock accordingly.

Morning Baseball

 First game today is BAL vs MIN and the Twins are a heavy favorite at -198 so I am going to punch the Run Line -1.5 MIN for -106. 

I'm also taking MIN first 5 innings at -198. There is shit for value here but I just see the Orioles struggling to even get on the board early in the game so I believe the Twins cruise and have a solid lead after 5.

I am going back on San Diego to beat the Milwaukee Brewers today like they did last night. Unfortunately they are not a dog but at -130 for the better team, even on the road... San Diego Padres please! First pitch is at 5:40pm so it is my five o'clock drive time game.

As was expected in the NBA playoffs the Celtics are getting OWNED by the Brooklyn Nets and I have place my wager for the Nets to win next two games and complete the sweep; BRK in 4 games over BOS -145.

In the afternoon at 2 o'clock the Texas Rangers face the LA Angels and I was going to take the O 8.5 total runs but the books have moved the number up to 9. If this comes back down again I may jump back on IF Minnesota pays both ways for me this morning.

 Yes I am up 1K since starting in February. All the promotional bonuses being offered for new customers for the various sites disappointingly were ALL failed bets. Fortunately I was able to turn over the rebates so I would be able break even. Approximately $3,000 I had to churn to do that. WTF. Big reason why I haven't been posting, I had some serious nail-chewing to get this feat accomplished.

So tonight I am on baseball, Chicago Cubs and the Padres. $50.00 on the Cubs as the favorite and $25.00 on the Padres as a dog. Chicago is up in the 8th and San Diego is up in the 5th. I was tempted to play the Maple Leafs in the NHL tonight, but the juice was too high, -190. 

I've been hesitant to get in on the Celtics getting raped in public by Brooklyn (and they are) but I like to play the Money Line so the juice in these contests is anywhere from -280 to -380.

After the recent accounting  I'm looking to start this Tuesday night on a 2-0 result. So far, so good!

A Turn Around of Sorts

 Solid gains after finding my podcasters I like. Three are my standouts, The Sports Gambling Podcast, DeepDive and 

MountLockmore. So far following selected picks from their daily offerings have me hitting 4 for 4. Tonight these dedicated degenerates are being followed on the Philadelphia Flyers ML and for the CSU basketball team to lose outright. 

My picks suck so when I put two and two together, online sports betting and the unique terrain of hobbyist podcasts gives me an edge on time. I don't have to sweat a minute on my own 52% average. I just listen to these every other day releases and I immediately have a field of selections which have been poured over by a dedicated sports gambling fanatic.

The other plus side is the shows are a very enjoyable listen on entertainment value alone. One, sports is instantly relatable to any listener and second, the cynical outlook of a seasoned sports better provides endless "Family Guy" style fast paced humor.
