Opening Day

 Jan 9th, yesterday was the first broadside in my war against the book. I had come to some grim realities and I was betting accordingly. These grim realities were college basketball and possibly something else dreadful like snooker. As the last guy in line on any proposition I think it is safe to say I'm looking over the worst lines available for prime time betting. 

As of May 1, 2020, sports betting is legal in Colorado as long as bets are placed with authorized, legal sportsbooks and operators. Bettors may place legal bets with the following licensed operators within the borders of the state of Colorado:

The place to start, in my opinion, is the Colorado Department of Revenue site where they list the licensed online and retail books available in the state. The dirty underhanded sons of bitches are weasel-y enough might as well make sure they have to follow some modicum of legal regulation and have an accountable stake. Come across a shop not on the list you could be setting yourself up to have yourself fleeced.

So now we are armed with our list of sleazy sports books to try and make some effortless cash! 

Sleazy Sports Books of Colorado

 Sharply sleazy, that was my first impression of the book and I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. If the legal online sports gambling is being rolled out like the state rolled out the marijuana initiative then the unmitigated shit shoe of shady moves by the “industry” would rape many a fan of any decent entertainment and any “Sharps” of prolonged interest. Gambling, like marijuana, sells itself. Unlike marijuana shops though you can count on the online betting shops to be bland in offerings, opaque in operation and free to manipulate what you see on your screen at any given time to squeeze more juice or shut you out. While a marijuana shop knows how to reward customers, to keep a loyal customer base and nurture it to make more money the gambling industry at large turns what could be a seamless, high end customer entertainment experience into force-fed dog food. There is not a bigger industry of fucks who can only shrink their profitability and make the whole game not worth it for potential new business on a daily basis then the gambling industry.

And we are going to check it out from the front lines of my Rocky Mt. War Room and see if we cannot uncover the pimply-ass of this ugly enterprise, confirm some long-held suspicions and take as much of the books money as we can! Stick around for the next six months as I journal my daily attack on the global betting surface which this modern age affords us. I will champion a winning strategy and buck some of those long held trends and betting assumptions.

We will be setting off with a most jaundiced view and perhaps we can make a more rosy outlook with sharp bets. It won’t be easy, in the long run. My experience with daily gaming is eventually the bankroll taps out and usually in a blind, on-tilt single wager which smokes months of work in seconds. Hopefully with more opportunities, more avenues of attack on the daily bet surface I can stay ahead of the hold!
